I made a cryptocurrency deposit but it doesn't reflect un my balance

Please check if the transaction has at least 3/6 confirmations on the Bitcoin/Ethereum network. If you can't find the transaction, but contact check your wallet/application that sent the transaction.

I made a EUR deposit but it doesn't reflect in my balance

Please note that EUR transfers can take up to 2 business days to process. Please send us your payment order to support.

I accidentally sent a EUR deposit without entering the reference number

Please contact support to process the deposit.
